Do you offer maintenance therapy?
Yes, maintenance therapy is available for eligible patients who:
- Have a BMI ≥ 22
- Previous diagnosis of obesity (BMI ≥ 30) or overweight (BMI ≥ 27)
- Have been on a GLP-1 medication within the past 12 months
- Patients with a BMI below 22 require in-person clinical management for safety.

Who should not take GLP-1 medications?
GLP-1 medications may not be appropriate if you:
- Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive
- Have end-stage kidney disease or are on dialysis
- Have end-stage liver disease (cirrhosis)
- Have an active or history of eating disorder
- Have current suicidal ideation or prior suicide attempt
- Have active cancer or are in cancer treatment
- Have current or history of pancreatitis
- Have had an organ transplant on anti-rejection medication
- Have severe gastrointestinal conditions (gastroparesis, inflammatory bowel disease)
- Have personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN type 2
